    We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

    3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

    We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We understand emergencies happen and will do our best to accommodate changes when possible.

    4. Payment Terms

    Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards, cash, and specific electronic payment methods. For recurring services, automated billing can be established.

    5. Satisfaction Guarantee

    We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of the service, and we will return to re-clean the specific area at no additional charge.

    6. Liability

    While we treat your home with the utmost care, accidents can occasionally happen. Clean Hive Company is fully insured. If any damage occurs during our cleaning, please notify us immediately so we can address the situation.
